Trevor Engelson started the management / production company Underground. Engelson’s producing career includes the current series, SNOWFALL on FX, which just got picked up for its sixth season, the TV adaptation of HEATHERS for Paramount+, the Olympic sports docuseries DREAM TEAM which was released on Paramount+ last year, the Emmy®-nominated documentary special LA BURNING: 25 Years After The LA Riots for A&E, the feature music driven documentary GIVE ME FUTURE which Apple bought and released after its premiere at Sundance.
On the movie side, he produced the comedy THE AFTER PARTY for Netflix. He previously produced the Warner Bros. comedy LICENSE TO WED starring Robin Williams, John Krasinski and Mandy Moore; Fox’s ALL ABOUT STEVE starring Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper; Lions Gate’s REMEMBER ME starring Robert Pattinson and Pierce Bronsan, Blumhouse and Universal’s INCARNATE starring Aaron Eckhart, and a number of others including SMALL ENGINE REPAIR starring Jon Bernthal and the upcoming film DRAGON’S LAIR starring Ryan Reynolds for Netflix. He is married to his wife Tracey and has two young daughters.

Josh Turner McGuire

From small town Sparta, NJ, Josh Turner McGuire got his start in the business as an intern at Underground after a brief stint in independent film. Having arrived in Hollywood with no connections or famous relatives, he has risen from intern to literary manager, producer, and partner at Underground. His clients are working across the spectrum of film and TV and his client list includes writers, directors, showrunners, novelists, and comedians. He is also producing films and TV shows setup everywhere from Paramount to FX to Disney+. Most recently McGuire produced the TV adaptation of the cult classic HEATHERS for the Paramount Network, and previously produced INCARNATE for Blumhouse. McGuire has been invited to speak at USC, UCLA, the New York Film Academy, ITV Fest and the CBS Diversity Writers Program. He graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Political Science and Economics neither of which he uses in his day to day life.
McGuire is a qualified small aircraft pilot and an advanced open water scuba diver with experience diving caves and shipwrecks. He competed in the Superfrog Ironman 70.3 triathlon put on by the Navy SEALs, and most recently ran the New York City Marathon. None of these things are as exciting or fulfilling as what he gets to do professionally. He resides in Los Angeles with his girlfriend, an oversized dog and a never-ending pile of reading.
Diego Rey

Diego Rey is an entertainment manager and producer from Texas. After living on a couch and working as a barista, he landed a job in the Management 360 mailroom where he stayed until making his way to Underground. Rey will represent a wide range of creatives and produce alongside the company. He has a diverse roster of creatives and is passionate about amplifying unrepresented voices.
